Relax Balm

This is an all-natural calming Chamomile balm for ages 3 and up. 

Uses: Muscle relaxation, tension release, anxiety, restlessness 

Ingredients: Organic German Chamomile infused Avocado Oil, Essential Oils: Roman Chamomile, Lavender, Marjoram, Mandarin, Patchouli, Bourbon Geranium, Beeswax.

What's in it?

Chamomile: Calming oil that soothes the nervous system and is especially helpful for irritability, overwhelm, and emotional tension. Promotes a sense of safety and comfort—great for winding down before sleep. Mild antispasmodic properties help ease muscle tension.

Lavender: Excellent for muscle spasms, cramps, and stiffness. Relieves muscle tension, headaches, and nervous tightness.

Marjoram:  A nerve tonic to help relieve anxiety and tension. Helps with emotional exhaustion and grief-related tension. Grounding and warming, easing mental overactivity. 

 Mandarin: Light, cheerful, and uplifting—great for reducing nervous tension and emotional heaviness. Encourages relaxation without sedation; helpful for anxiety with restlessness.

Patchouli: Deeply grounding—excellent for anxiety that feels scattered or disconnected.

Bourbon Geranium: Balancing to the nervous system—helps regulate emotional swings and tension. Uplifting yet calming; great for stress tied to hormonal fluctuations.Mild anti-inflammatory and relaxing effects on the body.

Suggested use: Gently massage onto your neck, upper back, behind the ears, or wherever you feel any tension as needed.

Caution: For external use only. Not recommended for children under 7 years of age or for individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Perform a patch test prior to first use. Discontinue use if irritation or sensitivity occurs.
