Urinary Tract & Kidney Support Tincture

Ingredients: Cornsilk (Zea mays), Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica), Goldenrod (Solidago canadensis),Yarrow (Achillea millefolium), Marshmallow Root (Althaea officinalis), Organic Cane Alcohol, Filtered Water.

Ingredients & Actions

• Cornsilk – Classic soothing urinary demulcent; calms irritation and inflammation in the bladder and urinary tract.

• Nettle (leaf/root) – Mineral-rich tonic; supports kidney function, diuresis, and long-term urinary tract strength.

• Goldenrod – Anti-inflammatory and gently astringent; tones the urinary tract, reduces irritation, and helps clear excess fluid.

• Yarrow – Antimicrobial, astringent, and diuretic; supports urinary tract health while easing minor infections or inflammation.

• Marshmallow root – Soothing demulcent that coats irritated tissues; relieves burning, dryness, or discomfort in the bladder and urinary passages.

Purpose & Uses

• Urinary tract support – Helpful for soothing irritation, burning, and inflammation in the bladder or urethra.

• Kidney function – Supports healthy fluid balance and diuresis.

• UTI support – Can be used alongside other antimicrobial herbs for urinary tract infections.

• Preventative tonic – For those prone to recurrent UTIs or kidney irritation.

• General soothing – Calms inflamed mucous membranes in the urinary system.

How It Could Be Used

• As a daily support tincture for urinary tract health.

• During acute irritation or UTI onset to calm burning, support clearance, and reduce recurrence.

• As part of a kidney/bladder tonic protocol with increased hydration and soothing teas.

Suggested Use: 

Take 1–2 dropperfuls (approx. 30–60 drops / 1–2 ml) in a small amount of water, tea, or juice, up to 3 times daily.

Shake well before use.

Best taken between meals.

For best results, use for at least 7 consecutive days.
