Passionflower Herb

Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) is widely used as a natural remedy to reduce anxiety, improve sleep quality, and manage stress. It primarily works by boosting the brain's levels of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), a neurotransmitter that calms the nervous system and promotes relaxation. 

Passionflower grows wild here at Stellar Gardens in the wood clearing. Our land has never been sprayed. We use all natural, organic and regenerative practices to support the ecosystem which supports us in return. We air dry our fresh harvested herbs to provide the best quality herbs that retain their medicinal value through the drying process.
