Mullein Tincture

Mullein is the classic lung herb. It gently soothes and moistens dry, irritated respiratory tissue while helping move stuck mucus. It’s especially supportive for dry cough, lung weakness after illness, environmental irritation, long-term respiratory depletion. Energetically, mullein is cooling, softening, and restorative to lung tissue.
