Lemon Balm Tincture

Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) often called "the happy plant" is a cheerful herb traditionally used for its calming effects that help lower stress, uplift the mood, and improve focus.  

Ingredients: fresh organic lemon balm, organic cane alcohol, distilled water 

Actions

• Nervine (calming, antianxiety, antidepressant)

• Mild sedative (supports sleep)

• Spasmolytic (soothes GI cramps)

• Carminative (eases gas, bloating)

• Antiviral (notably against herpes simplex)

• Cognitive support (mild nootropic effects in some studies)

Suggested Use: 

Take 1–2 dropperfuls (approx. 30–60 drops / 1–2 ml) in a small amount of water up to 3 times daily as needed. 

Shake well before use.
