Herbal Chocolate Chai

Ingredients: Red Rooibos, Green Cardamom, Ginger, Chocolate chips. 

Rooibos is a caffeine-free, antioxidant-rich herbal tea from South Africa that supports heart health, blood sugar regulation, and skin wellness.

How to make this dessert tea:

Add 2 teaspoons to 6-8oz hot water for 10 mins, then 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of half & half or cream.

Or you can simmer 2 teaspoons in milk on the stove for 6-7 mins
