Elderberry Syrup with Astragalus

This is a potent immune supportive Oxymel made with Elderberries, Astragalus Root, Ginger, Cloves, and Cinnamon. An Oxymel is a traditional herbal preparation where herbs are infused in raw apple cider vinegar and honey. This process extracts elderberry’s anthocyanins, phenolic compounds, minerals, and water-soluble polysaccharides, which together support immune function by providing antioxidant protection, modulating immune response, enhancing mineral availability, and offering gentle antiviral and antimicrobial activity. An Elderberry Oxymel supports digestion alongside immunity.
