Suggested Use:
Take 1–2 dropperfuls (approx. 30–60 drops / 1–2 ml) in a small amount of water, tea, or juice, 3-4 times daily as needed. It is generally recommended to take 30 mins before meals as bitters prime digestion and support liver function, which are how they traditionally help with digestive issues.
