Elderberry & Mullein Cough Syrup

This herbal cough syrup blends immune-supportive and soothing respiratory herbs in a classic oxymel of raw honey and herbal vinegar. It helps calm the cough, clear the lungs, and support recovery during colds and flu.

Ingredients: Tulsi (Ocimum tenuiflorum), Elderberry (Sambucus nigra), Ginger (Zingiber officinale), Sage (Salvia officinalis), Mullein (Verbascum thapsus), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), Raw Local Honey, Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar

Herbal Actions:

• Tulsi (Holy Basil): Modulates the immune system, helps the body adapt to stress, and has mild antiviral/antibacterial effects.

• Elderberry: Rich in anthocyanins and flavonoids that can block viral attachment and shorten the duration of respiratory infections.

• Mullein: A classic lung tonic—soothes inflamed respiratory tissues, loosens stuck phlegm, and helps ease dry cough.

• Sage: Antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory; especially helpful for sore throats and congestion.

 • Ginger: Improves circulation, induces gentle sweating, and helps move mucus. Its warming nature counteracts chills and stagnation that come with viral infections

• Apple Cider Vinegar: Helps loosen mucus, extracts minerals from the herbs, and has natural antibacterial properties.

Suggested Use: Take 1–2 teaspoons every 4 hours as needed.
