Breathe-Ease Chest Rub

A soothing chest rub to help ease respiratory discomfort, congestion, and support clear breathing. 

Ingredients: Organic Mullein (Verbascum thapsus), Chamomile (Matricaria recutita), Ravensara (Cinnamomum camphora), Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus), Peppermint (Mentha piperita),Thyme (Thymus vulgaris), Avocado Oil, Arrowroot powder, Beeswax. 

How the herbs help with the respiratory system:

Mullein (Verbascum thapsus) – Known as a classic lung herb; supports clear breathing by soothing irritated respiratory tissues and helping loosen mucus.

Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) – Calms tension in the chest and throat; its gentle anti-inflammatory properties help ease respiratory discomfort.

Ravensara (Cinnamomum camphora) – Traditionally used as a clean, uplifting aromatic that supports open airways and ease of breathing.

Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) – Promotes open sinuses and comfortable breathing.

Peppermint (Mentha piperita) – The menthol helps create a cooling, decongestant effect that supports easier airflow.

Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) – Traditionally valued for its cleansing properties; helps maintain clear lungs and supports the body’s natural respiratory defenses.

Directions: Rub on chest & back as needed for congestion, cough, and respiratory support. For external use only.
