Anxiety Tincture

A herbal blend to help with anxiety.

Motherwort grounds the heart, Passionflower calms the mind, and Chamomile relaxes the body.

Ingredients: Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca), Chamomile (Matricaria recutita), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), Organic Cane Alcohol, Distilled Water

Suggested Use:

Take 30–60 drops (1–2 mL) in water or juice, up to 3 times daily
